FCC Recordkeeping Compliance Certifications Due

  • Post category:Blog

By 4/1/16, all telecommunications providers and equipment manufacturers must submit to the FCC an annual certification of compliance with the Accessibility Recordkeeping and Compliance Requirement.  In doing so, the Company certifies that records are being retained and there are operating procedures in place that are adequate to ensure compliance with the recordkeeping rules. This certification will also identify the name & contact information for individuals at the company that handle complaints, and the agent designated to receive informal and formal complaints of the FCC’s accessibility rules.

These certifications must be done by an officer of the company; ICORE cannot perform this certification. To certify, you should log in to the FCC’s Recordkeeping Compliance Certification and Contact Information Registry. Should you have any questions, please contact Chris Ulmer at 610-928-3903.
