ICORE is very pleased to announce that industry veteran Robert (Bob) Kwiatkowski has been retained as Senior Consultant. In his new position, Bob will be responsible for assisting clients with cost separations issues, particularly as they relate to the requirements and challenges presented by NECA oversight and review. Bob will improve and refine our cost study review procedures, as well as helping clients with strategic planning, new service development and special projects.
With his extensive knowledge and experience, as well as his familiarity and relationships with RLECs and other telecommunications carriers, Bob will immediately assist clients with a variety of cost separations matters, as well as new business opportunities.
Prior to joining us at ICORE, Bob led the Texas cost separations group at GVNW Consulting, working on cost study and USF issues, including NECA, USAC, federal and state compliance requirements. Earlier still, Bob was a long-time NECA employee, providing settlements analyses and training, and serving as primary contact for USF issues, cost forecasting and review, tariff interpretation and analyses, average schedule settlements, Part 32 accounting and regulatory issues.
Bob will greatly strengthen our cost study group, teaming with Bob Knoble to give our existing – and new clients — the very highest level of expertise in all aspects of the cost separations and settlements process.
Mr. Kwiatkowski is a highly respected leader with a wealth of experience and contacts throughout the industry. He holds a BS degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois.
