ICORE is very pleased to announce that Chris Ulmer has become a partner in the firm. Chris has been a great asset since joining us after his college graduation from Muhlenberg in 1995.
He will continue to assist clients with CABS services, cost and average schedule settlements, revenue analyses, interconnection agreements, regulatory reporting, and code administration functions. Chris will also be responsible for CABS Service Bureau activities, OPTICABS billing and maintenance, and a variety of special projects.
In addition, Chris will manage our marketing efforts, website, the ICORE intranet, and our internal network operations.
